Dr. Asgar Alam is a highly skilled specialist psychiatrist who completed his MBBS in 2010 and MD in psychiatry in 2015 from India, he has more than 8 years of experience and was working in Dubai since 2021 before moving to Al Dhannah Hospital, he has treated various illnesses in psychiatry among all age groups with confidence and compassion.
He has a training certificate in non-invasive brain stimulation techniques from a premier institution NIMHANS in Bangalore, India, and has won an international MAYAN AWARDS in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, under young achiever in psychiatry category.
He was the head of the psycho – oncology unit in an esteemed cancer hospital in Chennai, India and hence has a special interest in liaison psychiatry and addiction psychiatry, he has expertise in managing depression, anxiety, OCD, and various stress related problems due to work or other environmental issues.
