Dr. Manish Jain graduated from Gandhi Medical College, Bhopal in 1990. He is a Diplomat of the National Board, New Delhi and has two fellowships in Ocular Immunology and Uveitis from two prestigious institutes of India. In addition, he is a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons, Glasgow.
He is a Clinician-Scientist with several inter-disciplinary research interests that include ocular immunology, effect of drugs and diseases on choroidal hemodynamics, Central Serous Chorioretinopathy and biomaterials. He is actively engaged in clinical research – both independently and in collaboration with other research groups. He has published extensively in leading Ophthalmic journals. His surgical interests include cataract (phacoemulsification), pterygium and glaucoma surgeries.
He speaks English, Hindi, Urdu, Gujarati and Nepali and has working knowledge of Arabic.
