Dr. Ashraf Nadaf completed his MBBS from KIMS, Hubli, India, followed by an MD in Radio-Diagnosis from MMCRI, Mysore, where he served as Chief Resident and Residency Academic Coordinator for Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities. He further enhanced his credentials with a Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in Radio-Diagnosis, the prestigious European Diploma in Radiology (EDiR), and Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists (FRCR), United Kingdom.
With approximately seven years of post-training consultant experience across India and the UAE, Dr. Ashraf has established himself as a highly skilled radiologist with extensive expertise in cross-sectional imaging. His areas of special interest include abdominal imaging, neuroradiology, and musculoskeletal (MSK) imaging. A strong advocate of clinical radiology, he is committed to delivering accurate, patient-centred diagnostic services that support optimal clinical decision-making.
Currently serving as the Head of the Radiology Department at Al Dhannah Hospital, Dr. Ashraf plays a key role in advancing diagnostic imaging services and fostering clinical excellence.
Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Ashraf is a passionate medical educator with a strong presence in the radiology learning community. He is the creator of the popular educational Instagram platform @ctandchill, where he shares radiology teaching cases and learning resources to support the training and development of aspiring radiologists. He is also a Life Member of the Indian Radiological and Imaging Association (IRIA).
